Like 2012, I don’t know why God might be pressing this word upon my heart, but I have my hunches.

See, I’ve heard it said scientists know more about space than they do about the unexplored, unreachable caverns of the sea. Places where unknown creatures wait to be discovered. Places so deep and under so much pressure, even the latest technology cannot probe there.

Places which–if I’m honest–parallel places in my heart and soul which hide from Him.

Places which, if I let Him in . . .

. . . if I let Him in . . .

. . . well, I guess I can’t say for sure what would happen.

But I’m willing to find out.

  1. This is lovely–and deep (seriously, no pun intended)! I just blogged on my one word, but it’s BLESSING. Hoping to intentionally bless others more, while praying for God’s blessing to finally pour down on my writing. All the best to you in 2013!

  2. I don’t have a word yet, but your word depth reminds me of a song we used to sing, deeper, deeper in the Love of Jesus – – – then Higher Higher in the Love of Jesus.
Both words would be well to put together, go deeper into the Word and into his spirit and higher in the Supernatural things of God.
