Location: IndyReads Bookstore
Indy WordLab is a monthly event hosted at Indy Reads Bookstore. On the first Monday of every month, writers gather at Indy Reads to listen to an established local author read from their work for 5-10 minutes. Amy will be the featured author at this event, and she will then offer the assembled writers a prompt based on an interesting craft element or formal feature of the work they have shared. Everyone disperses to write for half an hour or so, and then comes back together to share their new-born pieces.
